1978 - Founding of Cloutier Financial Group in Trois-Rivières
1994 - Opening of the Québec City and South Shore financial centres. Creation of the group insurance department.
1997 - Acquisition of Omnicourtage and opening of the Montreal financial centre. Addition of mutual funds to the service offer.
1999 - Creation of the living benefits department.
2000 - Opening of the Sherbrooke financial centre.
2004 - Creation of the mortgage department (Hypotheca ACGC).
2006 - Creation of Université Cloutier.
2007 - Creation of Groupe Cloutier Investments, mutual fund brokerage firm.
2008 - Creation of Groupe Cloutier Employee Benefits, group insurance and annuity firm.
2012 - Opening of the Outaouais financial centre.
2016 - Acquisition of Proteck Financial Network.
2021 - Acquisition of Multi Courtage.
